Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, initiating the service process.

- Schedule service appointments and manage the service bay workflow efficiently.

- Maintain detailed and accurate customer and vehicle service records using dealership management systems (DMS).

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
