Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored recruitment solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
