Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping shape our technical roadmap.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go).
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
