Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Barista to join our team, specifically to manage our internal speciality coffee bar. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Operate and maintain all coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal functionality.
- Engage with staff and visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system.
- Monitor coffee bean levels and communicate ordering needs to management.
- Educate customers on coffee offerings, brewing methods, and bean origins.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons of the coffee bar.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special events or meetings by providing coffee service as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, specifically with speciality coffee.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and brewing equipment.
- Strong latte art skills.
