Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival to the beach area and assist with seating.
- Set up and maintain beach furniture, including sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly respond to requests for assistance or service.
- Distribute amenities such as fresh towels, water, and refreshing cool-down items.
- Monitor beach areas for cleanliness and ensure a tidy and inviting environment.
- Assist with serving drinks and light snacks to guests on the beach, as needed.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a smile.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the resort.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of resort offerings and promotions.
