This role requires patience, empathy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

We understand that starting a new career can be daunting, which is why Career.zycto places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development. You will participate in a comprehensive training program that covers the fundamentals of ABA, ethical guidelines, data collection methods, and intervention strategies. Furthermore, we will support your journey towards obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, a nationally recognized credential that validates your expertise. If you’re looking for a career where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to celebrate progress, and where your efforts directly contribute to the well-being of others, we encourage you to apply. Join us at Career.zycto and become a vital part of a team committed to transforming lives in the Rochester Hills community and beyond.
