Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, friendly, and efficient assistance via phone, email, and live chat in both English and a secondary language.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Educate customers on products, services, and policies clearly and concisely, adapting communication style to individual needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of complex issues.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings through provided training.
- Adhere strictly to company service standards and operational guidelines, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and contribute to high satisfaction scores.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to a professional working level.
- Fluency in at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese – written and spoken) to a professional working level.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within a call center, contact center, or office-based customer support environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both required languages, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong active listening capabilities and a natural aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, web browsers).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and maintaining composure under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly advantageous.
