Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up various production equipment such as cameras, lighting, audio mixers, and teleprompters under supervision.
  • Support the production team with logistical tasks, prop management, set preparation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Learn and apply best practices for video and audio recording, ensuring high-quality output for all projects.
  • Aid in the editing process, including footage selection, basic cuts, graphics integration, and sound adjustments using industry-standard software.
  • Research and gather information for stories, scripts, and production elements.
  • Shadow senior producers, directors, and technical staff to understand various roles and workflows within broadcast media.
  • Adhere strictly to broadcasting standards, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content development.
  • Help manage and organize digital assets, media libraries, and archives.
