Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and analyze annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide in-depth analysis and explanations to management.

- Prepare regular financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Expert-level command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
