Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple CCTV screens continuously for any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Operate and adjust surveillance equipment, including cameras and recording systems, as needed.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and irregularities accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with security personnel, management, and emergency services during critical situations.
- Adhere strictly to all security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and operations.
- Assist in retrieving recorded footage for investigations or evidence purposes.
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs with precision and detail.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of security systems.
