Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are on schedule.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Manage project databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes as needed.
- Support the onboarding of new team members to project specifics.
- Undertake research and gather information to support project initiatives.
- Identify potential issues and proactively bring them to the attention of the Project Manager.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
