Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various City Council departments and staff.
- Assist with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and organise physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, with professionalism.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

- Assist in data entry and maintaining databases with up-to-date information.
- Conduct basic research to support council initiatives and projects.
- Process and track administrative requests, ensuring timely completion.
