Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to strategically position Career.zycto's services for optimal value.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies and service improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of service.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client retention and growth targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
