Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to clients via various channels (chat, email, phone).
- Effectively diagnose and resolve client issues, ranging from technical glitches to account management and platform navigation.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring a smooth hand-off and follow-up.
- Educate clients on platform features, best practices, and new updates to enhance their user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and support processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to provide client feedback and insights.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client support, customer service, or help desk role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, concise, and professional tone.
