Key Responsibilities

  • Extract relevant clinical data from various source documents, including EHRs, CRFs, medical charts, and laboratory reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all extracted data in strict accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines (GCP).
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic query generation and resolution processes.
  • Utilize clinical data management systems (CDMS) and other specialized software for efficient data entry, validation, and review.
  • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project-specific guidelines to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and implement robust data security protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical research associates, data managers, and project leads within a virtual team environment.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on new protocols, data systems, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and a solid understanding of disease processes.
