Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of study-related documents, including regulatory binders, case report forms (CRFs), and informed consent forms (ICFs).
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other databases.
- Conduct quality control checks on entered data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, training sessions, and interviews for the clinical research team.
- Manage and track study supplies, ensuring remote teams have necessary materials.
- Assist in the compilation of data for study reports, presentations, and submissions.
- Communicate effectively with study sites, investigators, sponsors, and internal team members via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and study data.
- Adhere to all applicable Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the clinical research department as needed.
