Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line technical support for cloud-related issues across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, networking, security, and application deployment problems.
  • Assist clients with configuration, deployment, and management of cloud services.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
  • Monitor cloud environments and respond to alerts to ensure service availability and performance.
  • Educate clients on best practices for cloud resource optimization and security.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with cloud exposure.
  • Strong foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting networking issues (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls).
  • Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
