Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for cloud infrastructure and applications hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to cloud services, networking, security, and performance.
  • Respond to client inquiries and incidents promptly, effectively communicating resolution steps and timelines.
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Implement and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline support processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents as needed.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for cloud usage and optimization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud support or operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Experience with infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
