Are you a proactive and community-oriented individual with a passion for connecting people and cultures? Park Hyatt Zanzibar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Community Liaison Aide to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between our hotel and the local community, ensuring harmonious relationships and facilitating positive engagement. As a Community Liaison Aide, you will assist in coordinating outreach programs, gathering feedback from local stakeholders, and supporting events that strengthen our ties with Zanzibar’s vibrant population. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for local community members and organizations, fostering positive relationships.

- Support the resolution of minor community-related inquiries or concerns efficiently and respectfully.

- Assist in preparing reports on community engagement activities and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between hotel departments and local groups to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Promote the hotel’s commitment to sustainable tourism and community well-being.
- Participate in local meetings, workshops, and events as a representative of Park Hyatt Zanzibar.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Demonstrated understanding and respect for Zanzibari culture and traditions.

- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications
