Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies across various platforms to foster a positive and interactive environment.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to community discussions, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for specific community channels to drive interaction and value.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, advocates, and brand loyalists within the community to amplify reach and generate user-generated content.
  • Organize and promote online and potentially offline community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to boost engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Gather and analyze community feedback, trends, and sentiment, providing actionable insights to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales).
  • Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful and productive environment for all members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, community management best practices, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align community efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and maintain engaged online communities.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, community tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content creation and visual communication principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
