Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies to grow and nurture our online audience.
  • Actively monitor, moderate, and respond to community discussions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content (posts, polls, questions, challenges) to stimulate interaction and drive participation.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on community metrics, sentiment, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support.
  • Plan and execute virtual events, AMAs, webinars, and other initiatives to bring the community together.
  • Address user inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, community best practices, and new social media features.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our remote work culture and communication tools.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to engage and inspire.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling online communities across various platforms (e.g., Discord, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • High degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and basic graphic design principles for social media.
