Key Responsibilities
- Monitor user-generated content across various platforms (forums, social media, chat) to ensure adherence to community guidelines and terms of service.
- Engage proactively with community members, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and address inappropriate content, spam, bullying, or other violations, escalating complex issues to senior moderators or management when necessary.
- Mediate conflicts and disputes between users, promoting positive interactions and respectful dialogue.
- Provide guidance and support to community members regarding platform features, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to relay community feedback, identify trends, and contribute to content strategies.
- Assist in the development and refinement of community guidelines and moderation policies.
- Generate reports on community activity, moderation actions, and key insights to inform strategic decisions.
