Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading engaging content for the resort's website, blog, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest), and email newsletters.
- Support the creation of compelling promotional materials, brochures, and internal communications, ensuring brand voice and consistency.
- Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms using content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor content, and SEO keywords to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to gather information, stories, and visual assets for content creation.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to comments and messages under supervision.
- Organize and maintain a content library of text, images, and videos.
- Ensure all published content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and legal requirements.
- Assist with basic image selection and optimization for web and social media use.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaigns that highlight the resort's unique offerings and experiences.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital publishing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector (1+ years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices for content distribution.
- Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
