Job Description
Career.zycto is actively seeking an imaginative and results-driven Creative Producer to join our growing team in Nhacutse, Vilankulo. This pivotal role involves leading the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-quality creative content that resonates with our target audiences and elevates our brand presence. You will be instrumental in bringing our brand stories to life across various platforms, including digital media, video, photography, and possibly live events. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of content production workflows from ideation to final delivery.
As a Creative Producer, you will be the driving force behind our creative projects, ensuring that all content aligns with our strategic objectives and maintains our high standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with marketing, talent acquisition, and client relations teams to translate complex ideas into engaging and impactful visual and auditory experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of creative projects, from initial concept development and storyboarding to final production and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, talent acquisition, client relations) to understand project goals and translate them into compelling creative briefs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Source, vet, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative talent (e.g., videographers, photographers, designers, voice-over artists).
- Oversee all stages of content production, including pre-production (planning, scripting, casting), production (filming, photography), and post-production (editing, sound design, motion graphics).
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest creative standards.
- Present creative concepts and finished work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and production.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes and workflows.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Creative Producer, Content Producer, or similar role.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful creative projects across various media (video, photography, digital content).
- Strong understanding of the entire content production pipeline, from concept to delivery.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar editing software.
- Experience working within a recruitment, HR, or talent solutions industry.
- Knowledge of local Mozambican culture and market nuances.
