Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with development and architecture teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states, recommending appropriate technology solutions and strategic roadmaps.
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify potential applications and benefits for the organization and its clients.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and gain consensus.
- Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise for enterprise technology initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Enterprise Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar technology-focused role.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system analysis.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and system integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).
