Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data entry, cleansing, and segmentation to maintain a healthy and effective database.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users on CRM best practices and functionalities.

  • Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures for CRM activities.

Required Skills
