Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests from diverse backgrounds, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Facilitate and lead a variety of onboard activities, games, events, and entertainment programs for all age groups.
- Assist with the execution of embarkation and disembarkation procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Provide accurate information about ship facilities, daily schedules, port itineraries, and shore excursions.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and crew members.
- Support the entertainment and activities team in setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the cruise line's standards of service and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to achieve departmental and ship-wide goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and friendly approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment.
