Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival for curbside pickup.
- Accurately retrieve pre-packaged online orders from designated staging areas.
- Verify order contents with customers to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Safely and efficiently load customer orders into their vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized curbside pickup area, including restocking supplies.
- Assist with other general store tasks during downtime, as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and customer feedback.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and other basic equipment for order processing.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
