Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, ranging from technical support to billing questions and general assistance.
- Proactively identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to designated internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Educate customers on Career.zycto's products, services, and platform functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Tech) to ensure a holistic approach to customer problem-solving.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a customer service or support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly tone.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- High level of empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the recruitment, HR, or tech industry.
