Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Full-Time Video Producer to join our dynamic team in Memphis, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire video production lifecycle, including ideation, storyboarding, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product) to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Develop creative concepts and visual treatments that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools.
- Conduct interviews, capture B-roll footage, and manage on-set logistics, including talent direction.
- Perform post-production tasks such as video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding visual effects.
- Manage and organize all video assets, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in video production and digital media.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website) to maximize engagement and reach.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate, promotional, and social media video content.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition and detail.
- Hands-on experience with professional video cameras (DSLR/mirrorless, cinema cameras), lighting, and audio equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
