Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large and complex datasets from various internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, identify trends, patterns, and correlations to generate meaningful insights and support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools to present key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert teams to significant deviations or opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools within the organization.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling concepts
- Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
