Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Extract and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and business teams.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production and monitor their performance.
- Present findings and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure and analytical tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
