Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (certification preferred but training can be provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and safely.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse or logistics environment.
