Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick up and deliver various items, including packages, documents, and goods, to designated locations within Cambridge and nearby areas.
- Adhere strictly to assigned delivery schedules and routes, ensuring timely and secure transportation of all items.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, clients, and recipients regarding delivery status or any unforeseen delays.
- Utilize our mobile application to accept new delivery requests, navigate routes, update delivery progress, and confirm successful deliveries.
- Handle all delivered items with care, ensuring they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing safety for yourself and others on the road.
- Process payment for deliveries, if applicable, and accurately record delivery information.
- Perform routine checks on your vehicle to ensure it is in safe and optimal working condition.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, van, or large scooter) with appropriate insurance.
- Excellent knowledge of Cambridge and surrounding areas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25kg).

- Previous experience in a delivery, courier, or logistics role.
