Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Utilize modern instructional design principles and learning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and ROI of L&D programs, reporting key insights to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions.
- Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation for all L&D activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful, large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and performance improvement principles.
- Expertise in leveraging learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms) to deliver impactful training.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
