As the Director of Learning & Development, you will be instrumental in conducting thorough needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and emerging capabilities required for future success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and client needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and gap analyses.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and coaching.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using robust metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships.
