Key Responsibilities
- Develop, articulate, and execute a forward-thinking L&D strategy that is fully aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment and instructional design to implementation, delivery, and rigorous evaluation.
- Proactively identify current and future skill gaps and capability requirements across all departments, designing targeted interventions.
- Champion and embed a robust culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Effectively manage the L&D budget, optimize resource allocation, and strategically negotiate with external vendors and partners.
- Evaluate, select, and leverage cutting-edge learning technologies, digital platforms, and innovative modalities to enhance learning effectiveness and reach.
- Establish and implement robust metrics to measure the effectiveness, impact, and return on investment (ROI) of all L&D initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
- Collaborate extensively with senior leadership, HR partners, and department heads to seamlessly integrate L&D into strategic workforce planning.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and organizational development.
