Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent cultivation initiatives in Harare. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine Career.zycto's comprehensive Learning & Development strategy.
- Design, curate, and deliver engaging and effective training programs and workshops across various modalities (in-person, virtual, blended).
- Oversee the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from needs assessment and content development to delivery, evaluation, and reporting.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships efficiently and effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of L&D specialists.
- Implement and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance user experience and program reach.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future talent development needs.
- Establish robust metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all L&D programs and initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Develop and manage succession planning frameworks and leadership development pipelines.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of L&D.
