Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and vision.
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various functional areas and leadership levels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality program delivery.
  • Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments, performance reviews, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to optimize program delivery and tracking.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of all L&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, senior leadership, and department managers, to ensure learning solutions meet specific organizational needs.
