Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and vision.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various functional areas and leadership levels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality program delivery.
