Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, workshops, and initiatives covering leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments across all departments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Implement and oversee learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools) to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
  • Champion a robust learning culture throughout the organization, promoting continuous self-development, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building and scaling L&D functions from the ground up.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
