Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans.
  • Ensure all kitchenware is properly stored after cleaning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
  • Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties as needed, including floors and surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
  • Support kitchen staff with general tasks to ensure smooth operations.
