Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
  • Learn to identify and resolve electrical issues under direct supervision.
  • Help in laying out and running conduit, pulling wire, and making electrical connections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, electrical codes, and company policies.
  • Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Participate actively in all training sessions and mentorship programs.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the electrical team.
