Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
- Learn to identify and resolve electrical issues under direct supervision.
- Help in laying out and running conduit, pulling wire, and making electrical connections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, electrical codes, and company policies.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and mentorship programs.
- Develop a foundational understanding of electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the electrical team.
