Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to identify and report any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances, following established protocols.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and providing directions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and local authorities when necessary to ensure a coordinated security effort.
