Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, setting up decorations, and arranging seating.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions, and directing them as needed.
- Support event operations such as registration, ticketing, crowd management, and information dissemination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate effectively with event managers, team leads, and other staff members.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Career.zycto, upholding professional standards and a positive image.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies and equipment.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to unexpected event-related issues.
