Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process ticket sales and re-issues using designated ticketing systems, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Handle cash and card payments with precision, balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest inquiries about events, seating, venue facilities, and policies.
- Assist guests with ticket-related issues, including lost tickets, seat changes, or digital ticket support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming ticket booth or sales area.
- Act as a brand ambassador for both the venue and Career.zycto, always presenting a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with other event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Stay informed about upcoming events, venue policies, and emergency procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all company and venue policies regarding cash handling, customer service, and safety regulations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall event operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role.
