Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and appointment reminders efficiently.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and stocking of supplies.
- Assist medical practitioners during examinations and minor procedures.
- Accurately record patient vital signs, medical history, and other pertinent information into electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide clear instructions, and ensure a welcoming clinic environment.
- Process patient billing, insurance verification, and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Support inventory management, including ordering and organizing medical supplies and equipment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience.
