Key Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence, checking for suspicious activity or persons.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to alerts.
- Control access to the premises, verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
- Report any security incidents, breaches, or unusual occurrences in detail.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or disturbances, providing initial assistance and coordinating with emergency services.
- Enforce company rules and regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct bag and parcel checks as required by security protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary during investigations or incidents.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar protective role.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
