Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging web content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
  • Proofread and copyedit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and adherence to established style guides.
  • Optimize existing and new content for search engines (SEO) under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with visual elements and project goals.
  • Conduct basic research to support content creation and ensure factual accuracy.
  • Maintain and update existing website content within our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure freshness and accuracy.
  • Ensure all web content meets accessibility standards and legal requirements.
  • Participate actively in content planning, brainstorming, and review sessions.
  • Monitor web analytics to gain a basic understanding of content performance and user engagement.
  • Support quality assurance processes for all published digital content.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
