Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all international export shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare and process comprehensive export documentation, including customs declarations.
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global clients.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations and customs laws.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all export activities.
- Negotiate freight rates and service terms for optimal efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in export coordination or international logistics (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and customs.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
