Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor basic production machinery under supervision after receiving comprehensive training.
- Perform routine assembly line tasks and contribute to various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure they consistently meet specified standards.
- Accurately package finished goods and meticulously prepare them for dispatch and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and industrial regulations.
- Assist skilled workers and technicians with various production tasks and setups as needed.
- Efficiently load and unload raw materials and finished products, following established guidelines.
